It starts with a rich, dense brownie base, baked until perfectly fudgy, then topped with a smooth chocolate layer and plenty of crushed Oreo cookies. Finished like a dessert “pizza,” it’s fun to serve, easy to slice, and always a hit at parties, family gatherings, or casual nights at home. Every bite delivers deep chocolate flavor with just the right amount of crunch.

Ingredients:

For the brownie base:
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅓ cup cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder

For the topping:
1 cup chocolate chips or chocolate spread
10–12 Oreo cookies, roughly crushed
Optional: chocolate drizzle or whipped cream for finishing

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a round pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined and slightly glossy.

Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the batter just until smooth, being careful not to overmix.

Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan, shaping it into a round pizza-style base. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until the edges are set but the center remains slightly soft. Allow the brownie to cool completely.

Once cooled, gently warm the chocolate chips or spread until smooth, then spread it evenly over the brownie base. Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies generously over the top, pressing them in slightly so they stick.

Slice into wedges like a pizza and serve.
