  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1-inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Cook the chicken patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
