Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract for the Chocolate Layer. Whip until it forms soft peaks, about 3-5 minutes. Spread evenly into a lined 9x5-inch loaf pan and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
In a clean mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract for the Vanilla Layer. Whip until soft peaks form. Spread over the frozen chocolate layer and freeze for another 2 hours.
In a fresh mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, and orange zest for the Orange Layer. Whip until soft peaks form. Spread over the vanilla layer, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Once frozen solid, remove the ice cream bars from the pan and slice into bars using a warm knife. Serve and enjoy!
