  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add the ground beef, egg, milk, and 1/4 cup of ketchup to the dry mixture. Mix until well blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan or form into a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
