Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the wings with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  4. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the rack.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through.
  6. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes (if using) into the garlic butter sauce until well combined.
  8. Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the wings and toss gently until they are fully coated.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
