  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and form it into a loaf shape.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cubed potatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the potatoes are well coated.
