1 cup of cottage cheese
1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
1/2 cup of almond flour or coconut flour
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of paprika (optional)
1 egg
Toppings (optional): herbs, chili flakes, grated Parmesan
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and egg. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth, cohesive batter.
