Ingredients
Scale:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips (or peanut butter chips for a twist)
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Press the crust mixture into the dish evenly.
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the top. Then layer semi-sweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and chopped nuts on top.
Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire surface.
Bake again for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
Cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before refrigerating for 1-2 hours and then slice into squares.
