4 cloves garlic, roasted and mashed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Extra fresh basil leaves

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the Italian bread in half lengthwise and place it cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
