Instructions
Prepare the Tomato Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the diced heirloom tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss the ingredients together. Allow it to sit for about 10-15 minutes.
