Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken breast (grilled preferred)
- 1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)
- 1/2 cup diced apples (such as Granny Smith or Fuji)
- 1/2 cup halved grapes (red or green)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill your chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let it rest for 5 minutes before dicing.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, and apple cider vinegar until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
