1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 pound pasta of your choice (such as fettuccine or penne)

Instructions
