- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup breadcrumbs - seasoned, for the meatloaf
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Optional: diced onions, bell peppers, or herbs for customization
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Press the meatloaf mixture into a greased baking dish, forming an even layer about one inch thick.
- Boil the elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk and gradually stir in cheese until melted and smooth, creating a creamy cheese sauce.

- Layer the cheesy macaroni over the meatloaf in the baking dish.
