Indulging in cookies is a timeless pleasure, and when you combine the classic flavors of Butterfinger, caramel, and cookie dough, you create a treat that is hard to resist. These cookies are chewy, decadent, and packed with crunchy bits of Butterfinger candy bars and a rich caramel swirl.
Ingredients
Scale:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar, packed
½ cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup caramel bits
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Gently fold in the chopped Butterfinger pieces, chocolate chips, and caramel bits until evenly distributed.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
