Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and beaten eggs. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball and place on a baking sheet. Cover and let the buns rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the buns for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
