  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the fish, ensuring each fillet is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a little olive oil. Place the marinated fish fillets in the dish, skin-side down (if applicable), and pour any remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque throughout.
