10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes
2 cups shredded cheese
Instructions
In a medium bowl, soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
Once softened, use a fork or spatula to blend the cream cheese until it's smooth. Gradually stir in the can of Rotel tomatoes.
Fold in the shredded cheese until fully incorporated.
