3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 (16 oz) package frozen tater tots
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup Alfredo sauce
1 cup frozen peas (optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, Alfredo sauce, frozen peas, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer the frozen tater tots over the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the tater tots, followed by cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
